Without wanting to sound like I'm up my own ass... if I'm going to spend a year of my life (and a large chunk of my spare time) working on a project for as good as free it has to be with an artist I want to work with... I have no interest at all in massaging egos or further lining the pockets of an already wealthy established star... without exception every 'major' artist (of which there are two) we've worked with has been a right pain in the ass and been a major source of stress within the DWG camp... whereas it has been an absolute pleasure to work with the likes of Don, Phill, Unique, TDS etc... therefore it's unlikely some of the bigger names you mention will ever get a look in... that and the obvious licensing issues arising from working with say Nas or ATCQ... as dope as that would be...
Don't worry though, there's plenty more heat in the DWG furnace...

Good shouts. I especially like Chill Rob.
Also, I know exactly what Shaker is talking about. Working in music publishing has opened my eyes to many of the potential headaches and impossibilities of trying to work with any artist that has essentially always been signed to a major.
DWG hasn't let me down on a release yet and I'm confident that there is some more heat to come.
My respect goes out to all involved.
Haha - sounds like Marley wasn't the easiest to work with then!
Unreleased shit from Foundation & Rezidue could be really cool!!!
