On the nerdy tip getting a tatty old record sleeve and cleaning it up (ie removing pen/felt tip from laminated sleeves).

Setting the alarm on a day off just so I can enjoy the feeling of turning it off and going back to sleep as opposed to the work day sickening feeling the alarm invokes.
