    Hell yeah. I love that era / region, particularly Toronto Hip Hop. Honestly I wish I had a lot more of it. I'll for sure be listening to this joint.

    Yeah it was def a great era for CDN hip hop in general. Some of the artists on here are from Vancouver (Rascalz), and Montreal (Butta Babees, Manchilde, Rainmen)...the rest are from Toronto, which was making the bulk of all the dope hip hop in the country at the time. All the resources and infrastructure was here (although at the time 'infrastructure' was kind of a misnomer, because there wasn't a lot of support for domestic hip hop from the labels.....a lot of artists had to bootstrap it and put it out themselves)
