It's part of a series of "Sunset Mashup" records, mixing acapellas and instrumentals from different songs. In this case, they're both over older Digital Underground tracks (Brand Nubian is "Return Of the Crazy One" and Prince Po is "The D-Flo Shuttle"). I'm not sure how many there were, but that one's #3.
