A mix of some of the records I brought back from Japan and some bought around town. Also grabbed the Axelrod and Willie Colon RSD releases, and happened on yet another copy of Too Brown...someone must have opened a box of clean copies and scattered them around Philly.

The Coup - Genocide & Juice
    Wild Pitch Classics
    Da King & I - Tears
Tim Dog - Penicillin On Wax

Antonio Carlos E Jocafi (been after this for a while, at least two killer tracks)
Mongo Santamaria - Soul Bag (x2)

Marva Whitney - It's My Thing (reissue)
Bruton (Martin Kershaw) - On The Coast

    Cheap Stevie Wonder singles

Bernard Purdie - Soul Drums / Funky Donkey
The Incredible Bongo Band - Apache / Bongolia
    James Brown - It's A Man's Man's World
Gladys Knight And The Pip - Midnight Train To Georgia
The Pazant Brothers - Chick A Boom (DJ Koco edit)
More fuel for the Leroy Hutson fire, including a great cover of "It's The Music" I shoulda had ages ago and an Impressions single (I Need To Belong To Someone) from one of The Impressions LPs he sang on (same track Mayer Hawthorne bit on his debut LP)

Great haul, love Antonio Carlos E Jocafi.

I have Mudei De Ideia LP but need that one. Is it a Japanese press? I have seen one with an Obi.

Yeah, this is a Japanese press (no Obi unfortunately, but it's a perfect copy otherwise). Still figuring out which of theirs I need, the Mudei De Ideia is top of the list. I have a couple other later ones that are hit or miss.
