I know about the cut out thing, just never realised that the method of making the cut was so severe. Did the dafties not know about hole punches?

That's the EPMD one I had. Tower records in Glasgow used to see Longbox CD's cheap back in the day..

Cheers for the offer of the EPMD, J, but got a couple of those. For some reason, that seems to be a common longbox. Still dope, though.
I got a couple of longboxes without the CDs though... Geto Boys and such, gotta check..if anyone is onterested.
Long boxes were for putting into racks that would normally house vinyl, the bigger box making it visible, I suppose some shops didn't have cd racks at the time.raredave:>a CD in a big box to make it stand out on the shelves more... they only did em for a few years in the early 90s if I'm correct?
